ABOUT CEPD INDONESIA
We assist organisations in their transformation,
train and upskill professionals for greater leadership roles,
and coach and develop entrepreneurs and executives

The first major project in Indonesia was in 2003. It was a major collaboration between the Banker’s Club of Indonesia, Gaja Mada University and the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Greenwich where Professor Kanes Rajah was Director and Mr Danny Sondakh was the Senior Research Fellow. That initiative enabled Prof Kanes and Mr Sondakh to pioneer unique banking certification programmes in Wealth Management and Banking which is still available and is being offered to bank officials to this day.

CEPD Indonesia Director Danny Sondakh has since continued to build upon this platform of training and capacity building. He has worked with major providers of these services in Indonesia and since the inauguration of CEPD Indonesia in 2017, he has taken a lead role in developing new clients and contributing directly to our workshops.

CEPD London’s distinctive programmes are about shifting mindsets and creating entrepreneurial professionals, managers and leaders. Hence, our proprietary tools, techniques and the methodology we use are especially useful for creating and growing entrepreneurs.

Our attention is also focused on enabling organisations in their transformation from knowledge-based to integration with digital technology. It is about developing the human resource capability to understand the opportunities, exploit the benefits and to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
