CEPD Ghana was set up in 2009. It has coordinated the successful completion of important projects in Ghana, with the highlight being a significant leadership development project for the COCOBOD. This resulted in the breakthrough of exceeding 1,000,000 million tons of cocoa production: an increase of approximately 30% over earlier production levels.

 

CEPD Ghana worked with three levels of leadership and management from members of the Operations Board (30 in total, which included the Chief Executive and three DCEs) to senior managers (145) reporting to them, to graduate level officers (approximately 80). 

 

Participation came from multidisciplinary groups from R+D, production and field operations, medical division, marketing, HR, finance and the sales and trading operations.
